Vulcanising Services

Our MES Service Teams are trained and experienced in the very Latest vulcanising techniques and processes and can offer a complete on-site, or in-house vulcanising service.  All vulcanising staff have progressed through from trainee belt fitters to vulcanising assistants to experienced vulcanisers.  We provide a 24-hour 7 days a week call out service, providing nationwide coverage operating within nationally recognised Health and Safety standards.  We offer a full range of highly specialised hot and cold vulcanising services and mechanical/clip joints for belt widths up to 2800mm – for all belt types including multiply fabric, steel cord, ripstop, heat/oil resistant, solid woven and HE belts.
