Impact Rollers

MES Impact rollers are used as carrying rollers at loading points, instead of normal steel rollers. On steel rollers there are rubber rings assembled, side by side, to absorb the weight and impact of material falling onto the belt. At the same time impact rollers reduce the shock and vibration through the steel structure.

Rubber rings installed on the roller prevent caking of the transported material, since the carry back gets broken and falls out, which protects the belt carrying side and the roller lasts longer. The roller is equipped with deep drawn end caps and bearings with high loading capacity.
