Pulleys/Drums

MES is a major supplier of conveyor pulleys / drums.  These can be manufactured to suit your specific requirements or alternatively we can provide a suitable design for your application.

Pulleys can be supplied with either a crowned or flat profile, rubberor ceramic lagged and virtually any type of drum can be supplied.

There are many factors that can increase the likelihood of belt slippage which can intensify the wear to the pulley.  MES can provide a range of lagging to help combat this issue.

As with all MES products, well proven designs and manufacturing processes ensure that they are capable of withstanding high belt tensions and shock loads.  Some customer applications dictate the use of stainless steel, or special paint finishes / coatings, which canall be incorporated into their production.
