Belt Winders
Belt Winders are used to re-spool belting while sections are being added or removed from existing conveyors. MES belt winders are supplied to your specific requirements depending on the roll weight, roll diameter and conveyor belt width. We can provide both diesel and electric driven winders, with variable speed gears should this be required.
Belt Stands
Belt stands are supplied to your specific requirements depending on the roll weight, roll diameter and conveyor belt width. MES stands come with rollers fitted for the shaft to sit neatly in, reducing the friction and making the unwinding of belts easier. Stands can be made for light duty or extra heavy duty, and can also be made smaller for pulley lagging stations.
Belt Tables
Belt tables are situated between your belt winder or cutter and stands and help keep the new belts off the floor, which eliminates unnecessary dirt and scuffing by being dragged along the floor, and reduces friction that puts additional strain on your equipment. A section of rollers can be removed and replaced with wood to provide a belt splicing station that is at waist height. All tables are supplied to suit your site requirements which takes into account the maximum roll width you work with and working space available.
