Auto Sampler

All mining and bulk handling customers know that maintaining quality products requires continuous monitoring and grading of material.

MES International has partnered with US based JBLCo, who are world renowned for durable and precise automated sampling systems.

The CLEEN SWEEP® AutoSampler™ is a “top-of-the-belt” sweep sampler, designed to mount to existing structure between existing 35° degree idlers.

The sampler removes each sample increment from the loaded, moving conveyor with a single rotation of an open faced sweep/cutter, perpendicular to material flow. The sample is then discharged into a side chute for delivery into sample containers or optional secondary sub-systems.

With a monitoring system during and between sample increments, any errors that could prevent successful sampling are detected. Samples are only taken when material is picked up on the flow sensor positioned to face the conveyor belt.
